Creative Strategist Role
This role requires a creative professional to develop and execute strategies that drive growth through emotion-led ad creative. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visuals, pacing, and music.
* Develop compelling hooks and storyboards that capture the audience's attention.
* Brief creators and editors on projects, source talent, and manage their work.
* Analyze performance metrics and iterate on campaigns to maximize thumb-stop, CTR, and CVR.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the visual creative strategy from concept to launch.
* Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints.
* Maintain a library of winning references and trend formats.
Requirements
* Demonstrate a proven track record of converting video ads.
* Showcase strong music selection, timing, and visual narrative skills.
* Familiarity with data analysis and reading dashboards.
* Experience with UGC and short-form paid social advertising (Meta experience required).
* Possess clear briefs, fast iteration capabilities, and a low-ego, high-ownership mindset.
