Regional Sales Director - LATAM

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for selling Prometheus Group products and services to new and existing customers as well as developing a pipeline to drive revenue growth in the LATAM region.
This position involves:
* LATAM Sales Strategy Development
* Achieving or exceeding quota targets.
* Developing effective opportunity/account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
* Maintaining key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts.
* Developing and delivering overviews, presentations and coordinating high-level functional product demonstrations.
* Participating in the development of the region, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling and sales cycles.
* SUPPORTING all Prometheus promotions and events in the region.
* Maintaining accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication or related field
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator with high energy and ability to learn quickly.
