 
        
        Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand market share in the food ingredients and additives industry.
 * BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS with key accounts and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
 * Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
 * Ensure accurate and timely forecasting and reporting of sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * At least 3 years of sales experience in the food ingredients or additives industry, preferably in hydrocolloid industry.
 * Familiarity with application technology of hydrocolloid and ability to communicate and develop projects with customers using carrageenan, agar, konjac gum, and blended solutions.
 * Fluent English language skills, Chinese communication preferred.
 * Good written and oral communication ability, proficiency with office software.
 * Good commercial negotiation ability.
