We are seeking a seasoned talent advisor to join our team in Brazil as a strategic liaison between our client and Randstad. This senior-level role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact between Google and RSR to ensure delivery of high-quality recruitment services
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations
* Overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team to ensure all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met
* Analyzing operational data to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes
* Influencing and guiding the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction
Required qualifications include:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients
* Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence
