Direct Response Video Editor Position

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in crafting engaging, short-form ads and videos that drive conversions across various platforms.
* Transform raw creator footage and UGC clips into compelling advertisements that capture viewers' attention within the first 3 seconds.
* Craft persuasive hooks, deploy engagement disruptors, and optimize pacing to meet platform algorithm requirements.
* A/B test visual approaches based on performance data to ensure maximum ROI.
Key Requirements:
* Strong English fluency (hard requirement)
* Experience editing for DTC/eCommerce brands with a portfolio demonstrating direct response ads that drove conversions
* Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects
* Deep understanding of Meta/YouTube Shorts specs and algorithm-friendly editing patterns
* Native fluency with UGC aesthetics vs. polished brand content
* Proven ability to produce high-quality ads at a rate of 8-12 per week
* Critical thinking skills to recommend new approaches, ad formats, and tools
