We are looking for a skilled developer with hands-on Angular or React experience, genuine empathy for the users, and some knowledge or interest in accessibility. You will be a part of the R&D Product Experience.
As a Front-End Engineer, you will be expected to:
- Contribute to IFS Cloud, ensuring the quality and stability of the Angular code
- Work according to and evangelize coding accessibility principles
- Develop, test, review, and maintain the UI component Library based on functional and technical requirements
- Create required documentation, presentations and training materials
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentorship, and professional development among colleagues.
- Engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders across all products
- Drive enhancements across products, services, and processes of IFS through active contribution and innovation

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, your mindset will be the key factor and a passion for UX development.
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent technical design and programming skills
- Relevant academic degree
- 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Knowledge of Software Security
- Experience with web development, SPA frameworks, and libraries (Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, Storybook, React)
- SASS and responsive design capabilities
- W3C, Section 508 - Standards compliant HTML coding practice
- Knowledge in DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile aspects in software development pipelines
- Passion for UX or accessibility/inclusive design
- Effective communication and analytical skills
- Be understanding of different devices, Desktop, Mobile
- Confident working with prototyping software like Figma
