What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
* Ensure food safety and product quality through necessary controls and inspections.
* Conduct sensory analysis and calibration checks.
* Inspect incoming raw materials and report non-conformities.
* Conduct internal and external audits.
* Identify and implement preventive and corrective actions in production.
* Make decisions on product use or release in case of deviations.
* Conduct process-related trial studies.
* Maintain HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 practices.
* Initiate and document corrective actions for HACCP non-conformities.
* Report food safety issues to Quality Assurance.
* Comply with FSSC 22000-HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001 requirements.
* Participate in the HACCP team and conduct traceability drills.
* Monitor cleaning activities.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
* Basic level English.
* Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel).
What competencies are key to this role?
* Comply with Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
* Comply with Halal Food production requirements.
* Comply with legal and customer requirements in the field and department.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
