Agile Coach Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team in a Product & Engineering environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will possess:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
Soft Skills
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong collaboration and teamwork mindset, problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
Education & Certifications
A SAFe certification is highly desired. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is optional.
