About the Role
We're looking for a skilled professional with a strong foundation in data visualization, advanced analytics, and business intelligence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights and compelling dashboards that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Collect, refine, and prepare data from multiple sources, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency.
• Write efficient SQL queries.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
• Streamline reporting processes and automate recurring analytics tasks using Tableau and Excel.
• Administer and document the full lifecycle of dashboards and data pipelines, including data distribution lists.
• Collaborate with CRM teams and leverage platforms like Salesforce to enhance data integration and reporting.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing dashboards using Tableau.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with a strong ability to analyze and manipulate data.
• Experience working with large, complex data sets and building scalable visualization solutions.
• Solid understanding of BI and data systems, including data blending, ETL, and warehousing concepts.
• Fluent in English.
Work Schedule:
The team collaborates primarily on UK business hours, so the typical working schedule for this role is from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Brasília time). As this is a CLT position, the total workload is 8 hours per business day. Outside of the core collaboration window, remaining hours can be flexibly arranged in agreement with your manager, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while meeting team needs.
