Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building scalable, reliable systems that power our AI voice and ad agents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures, as well as hands-on experience with cloud-native tools and database management.
* Design and build backend services that support our AI voice and ad agents
* Work with cloud-native tools (serverless functions, queues, storage, etc.) to ensure scalability and reliability
* Develop and manage APIs that integrate us with third-party CRMs, ad platforms, and communication tools
* Evaluate data security, authentication, and compliance across all systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features quickly and iteratively

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 4–7 years of experience in backend development (Node.js, C#, or Python preferred)
* A strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
* Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred)
* Database experience (SQL + NoSQL)
* Comfortable working with queues, messaging systems, and distributed architectures
* Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action in dynamic environments
