Remote IT Support Analysts are responsible for providing technical assistance to employees.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze system issues and formulate solutions
* Troubleshoot hardware, application, and software issues
* Keep customers updated on progress
* Resolve problems through remote communication
* Utilize internal knowledge bases for known issues
* Research and resolve issues using external information
* Update ticket tracking systems regularly
* Escalate issues as necessary
Requirements:
* Associate's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
* Experience delivering IT solutions in corporate environments
* Proficiency in mixed Mac and Windows environments
* Desired skills: advertising and/or marketing industry experience, centrally managed computer environments, A/V environment support
