Overview

Full Spectrum Search Group is a national healthcare recruiting firm focused on post-acute and senior care leadership, including skilled nursing, senior living, home health, and hospice.

We are hiring a Recruiter to execute on active searches and drive candidate engagement across our client portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and advancing top talent through the interview process.

This is a phone-first, outbound recruiting role. Success in this position is driven by the ability to engage passive candidates and turn initial outreach into meaningful conversations.

About the Role

This role sits at the core of our recruiting execution. You will partner with leadership and work closely with the operations and research team to identify and engage candidates for active searches.

This is a production-driven role. Your success is measured by activity, candidate quality, and your ability to move candidates through the hiring process.

There is a steep but rewarding learning curve. You will be expected to quickly learn both our recruiting process and the nuances of the post-acute healthcare industry, including terminology, roles, and market dynamics.

Candidate Sourcing and Outreach

* Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through outbound calling, LinkedIn, CRM databases, referrals, and targeted call sheets
* Prioritize phone-based outreach as the primary method of engagement, including calling candidates at their place of work when appropriate
* Utilize call lists and target data provided by the research team to execute structured outreach campaigns
* Supplement outreach with LinkedIn messaging, email, and text to increase response rates
* Manage and respond to inbound candidates (Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals), while maintaining a primary focus on outbound recruiting

Candidate Qualification and Assessment

* Conduct high-quality screening calls with both outbound (passive) and inbound candidates
* Ask targeted, thoughtful questions to uncover experience, motivations, and openness to new opportunities
* Present opportunities in a clear, compelling way that resonates with passive candidates
* Accurately document candidate details including compensation expectations, timing, and potential barriers

Pipeline Management and Execution

* Build and maintain a pipeline primarily driven by passive candidate outreach, not just inbound applicants
* Manage multiple active searches simultaneously while maintaining organization and momentum
* Ensure candidates are consistently moving through the process without delays
* Prepare candidates for client interviews, including expectations, positioning, and feedback
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Crelate and related systems

Client and Team Collaboration

* Partner with leadership to align on candidate profiles and search priorities
* Communicate candidate updates, challenges, and market feedback in a timely manner
* Work closely with the operations and research team to ensure strong execution across all searches
* Contribute to team discussions around search strategy, candidate quality, and market trends

Performance Expectations

* Maintain consistent daily call volume with a strong emphasis on outbound phone activity
* Demonstrate the ability to engage and convert passive candidates into active conversations
* Build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates sourced through outbound efforts
* Deliver a consistent number of qualified candidate presentations per week
* Maintain strong follow-up and response times with candidates and internal team members

Ideal Background

* Experience in recruiting, sales, or other high-activity, performance-driven roles
* Experience with outbound calling, business development, or candidate sourcing
* Familiarity with healthcare or executive recruiting is a plus, but not required
* Track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations
