About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating training sessions and activities.
Job Description
The Training Coordinator will work closely with the Operations team and customers in Frankfurt to deliver outstanding service. This role is part of a global project where part of the team is based in India. You will report to the Training Operations Manager and be the key contact point for all local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs and determine session requirements.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
* Organize and execute training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability.
* Coordinate with the Indian team for changes/updates in training events/programs.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to international work environments.
* A high-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented posture.
* Team player skills.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
