**Our Exciting Opportunity**:
We are now looking for an Assistant to provide a high degree of administrative support and service to managers, unit leadership teams and where applicable to unit members. Assistants may in some cases take decisions on behalf of his/her manager and represent the unit if delegated. Further, contribute to and coordinate activities in different projects in the administrative area, act as expert for the administrative support systems whenever needed and authorize e.g. orders, invoices in line with authorization policies and routines. Support and inform about Ericsson internal administrative processes, systems and tools. The tasks performed can be on an ad-hoc basis. All above to optimize administrative efficiency, meet business needs and enable the line organization to focus on the core business.

The majority will be using MS Office 365 (excel, power point, word), Templafy, MS Teams, Outlook, EriDoc, SharePoint, Directory Information Self-Service, My Support. Concur, Online Travel Booking Tool, Ericsson Buyer, Employee Central, MSS/ESS, ITM, Pdf file converter, DocuSign (Electronic Signatures), SAP and conference equipment, etc.

**Qualifications and Experience**
Working in hybrid model in São Paulo,
Required: Bachellor degree in administration, or similar courses,
Advanced english.

**You will**:
Manage & support in creating information:
- Build structure in document handling systems (e.g. EriDoc, SharePoint, Unit Page, common drives).
- Support compliance in documents clossificotions and access based on info confidentiality, data privacy.
- Upload and update documents
- Gather already established presentation, information material and distribute accordingly (e.g. newsletters/internal updates, organizational announcements, vocation plan, templates, etc.).
- Create contents for information, compliant with Ericsson Brand.
- Distribute contents.
- Provide knowledge of available sources/tools to find relevant information.
- Prepare documents and support in case of audits.
Support with use of administrative tools:
- Assist with contoct towards Support Teams in different situations e.g. escalation of different issues.
- Handle requests/questions in specific Assistant team mailbox.
Support with travel for personnel:
- Plan organize and book travel arrangements.
- Support on how to manage travel arrangements ensuring all corporate policies ore followed e.g.travel booking, hotel, other transportations, security arrangements. Level of support as agreed with unit manager.
- Support and organize visa arrangements, invitation letter, letter of guarantee for internal/external travels according to regulations. Level of support as agreed with unit manager.
- Support employee's mobility (STA/LTA, projects, office relocation, etc.).
Handle entry and exit administration:
- Introduction of new employees into the unit.
- Support the implementation and follow-up of the activities related to the induction/welcome program.
Provide leaders support (LT, KAM LM)
- Handle presentations, documents, communications (e.g. meetings material, Customer/Suppliers contracts, organizational changes, etc.).
- Keep track of People time plan and actions follow-up, incl. Voice and improvement plans.
- Prepare monthly business report
- Approve by delegation (e.g. time sheet, Eridoc, My Support, Concur, EB, MSS, ITM, Employee Central, etc.).
Support improvementof admin routines:
- Ensure that the level of administr
