As a Principal AI Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping production LLM applications that directly impact healthcare outcomes and provider sustainability. You'll work on a recently deployed AI system that automates medical coding and billing, refining it from good to exceptional through meticulous testing and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in programming languages like Python or Go and experience building products on top of large language models (LLMs). They should also be comfortable working with cloud platforms and databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python or Go
* Hands-on experience building products on top of large language models (LLMs)
* Experience with LLM APIs (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar)
* Strong prompt engineering skills with focus on accuracy and consistency
* Solid understanding of how LLMs work and how to leverage them for production applications
