Key Responsibilities
What are we looking for? Someone who values consultative sales and focuses on delivering a positive customer experience.
Main responsibilities include representing Natura to consumers, acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring a differentiated customer experience through product demonstrations and sampling, maintaining our Natura space, and helping to fidelize and expand our customer base. We seek proactive, collaborative, team-oriented, proactive, flexible, adaptable, and attentive individuals.
Qualifications
Complete high school education, with a desire to promote well-being and self-esteem among diverse clients.
This position is open to candidates across all of Brazil for Natura retail stores.
