IT Support SpecialistWe are looking for an IT Support Specialist with strong technical and communication skills to join our team. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware (computers, printers, etc.) and software (operating systems, applications, etc.), as well as managing and supporting network infrastructure (LAN, wireless, IP addressing, DNS, protocols).Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.Support networking components, including LAN and wireless networks.Utilize help desk tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures clearly and effectively.Requirements:Proficiency in hardware and software support.Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.Familiarity with help desk/ticketing systems and monitoring tools.Strong communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.Business-oriented mindset, teamwork, and continuous improvement attitude.Fluency in English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
