Design Experience Lead
You will define and lead the design experiences across three core products—web and mobile. This involves taking ideas from concept to completion, conducting and managing full research processes, and leading usability testing sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking ownership of designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces
* Collaborating with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and account for edge cases and error states
* Communicating effectively and working closely with cross-functional teams
* Maintaining a consistent design language and component library
About You:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design
* Fluent in English
* Strong problem-solving skills and good taste in visual design
* A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to translate requirements into simple design solutions
Work Expectations:
The team is distributed, but generally located in North and South America. Work hours are flexible, but there are regular meetings you'll be expected to attend. The expectation is to be available to collaborate during general daytime hours.

* Project: Spend 2 hours on a small project. You will be given product context and asked to come up with low-fidelity designs for a user experience that would address the problem.
