PPC and Meta Ads Strategist Quick Overview We are searching for a talented and creative individual to plan, create, and manage, successful digital marketing campaigns. What is the role of a Digital Marketing Engineer @Hite Digital? We call this role the brains of what we do at Hite Digital because our client's success or failure will boil down to how you manage the accounts, from setting up a great foundation to optimizing properly. This position will manage up to 40 clients across different marketing channels like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, among others. These clients vary in industry and can be both local lead generation focused as well as eCommerce centric. The Digital Marketing Engineer is the lead strategist of the different marketing campaigns set forth for our clients and as such will coordinate with Account Managers who manage relationships with clients to ensure all parties involved are aware of the account's progress, challenges, and wins. Key Responsibilities Facilitates the client onboarding experience by understanding the client, their industry, and their marketing goals and combining that with market research to draft go-to-market campaign strategies. Conducts keyword, audience, competitor, and audience research to develop and optimize regular marketing campaigns on channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads. Develops ad copy content for different marketing campaigns and marketing channels and is capable of providing creative direction to designers who will aid in the development of marketing assets. Is responsible for managing paid media budget without overspending but is proactive and strategic about suggesting when budgets should be increased, decreased, or shifted based on performance needs and client goals. Identify CRO opportunities: provides suggestions on website or landing page content that may help drive campaign conversion rates, including suggestions for offers, promotions, and user experience enhancements. Provides suggestions on product titles and descriptions where appropriate. Communicates progress, challenges, and wins via regular updates, including monthly reports and client-facing calls where appropriate. Collaborates with team members: coordinates with Account Managers, Web Designers, and Account Managers to provide the best client experience possible. Ensure proper campaign performance and return on investment measurement by installing and maintaining tracking measurements through softwares like GA4, WhatConverts, Call Rail, among others. Requirements Fully Bilingual in Spanish & English BS/MS degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field 3 years experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads as a minimum Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Strong communication skills Managing analytical software like GA4, Microsoft Clarify
