About this role
The Account Manager is responsible for selling software solutions to new and existing customers, developing a pipeline to drive revenue growth, and establishing key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing effective opportunity/account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
* Establishing and maintaining key relationships at multiple levels within the assigned accounts
* Participating in the development of the assigned region, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
* Supporting all company promotions and events in the assigned region
* Maintaining Salesforce.com with accurate customer and pipeline information
Sales experience required
* B.S/B.A. in Business, Communication, or related field
* 2-4 years' sales experience within software
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator
* Able to work effectively as an individual contributor as well as within a team
