We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with stakeholders and facilitating clinical trial activities.
Job Description
A medical science liaison is required for the dermatology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for working independently in a fast-paced environment to serve as a key scientific resource.
* Clinical Trial Support:
o Collaborate with clinical trial teams to support trial enrollment efforts, including identifying suitable patients and optimizing recruitment strategies.
o Engage with clinical trial sites and investigators to ensure smooth trial operations and alignment with study objectives.
o Provide education and training to clinical sites on study protocols and therapeutic areas.
* Insight Generation and Framework Creation:
o Gather and synthesize insights from healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and other stakeholders to identify referral patterns, challenges, and opportunities for trial enrollment.
o Develop frameworks to streamline patient identification and referral pathways.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
o Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, clinical trial investigators, and other key opinion leaders (KOLs) in dermatology.
o Act as a liaison between clinical sites, investigators, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and support.
* Cross-Border Collaboration:
o Work across national borders to address global clinical trial needs and ensure compliance with international regulations and cultural nuances.
o Collaborate with global teams to align on strategies and share best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dermatology or rheumatology, with experience engaging with dermatologist-focused clinical trial sites and investigators. They should have a proven track record of supporting clinical trial enrollment, patient identification, and site engagement.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a similar role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
