Outbound B2B Cold Caller
This is a remote opportunity to join a fast-growing organization as a full-time B2B outbound cold caller. Your primary focus will be on qualifying and live-transferring business owners to our Account Executives.
This role requires confidence, tonality, and experience in outbound cold calling. You will be working with prospects who do not know the company, so it's essential to have excellent phone presence and spoken English skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Make 500–900 outbound calls per day.
* Maintain 250+ minutes of talk time daily.
* Achieve at least one qualified live transfer per day.
* Work for at least 8 hours of your 9-hour shift (more if KPIs are not met).
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday.
* 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (including 1-hour break).
* Fully remote.
Compensation and Incentives
* $600/month base salary.
* Daily commission structure:
o One qualified lead: $20.
o Two qualified leads: $30.
o Three qualified leads: $40.
* $100 bonus per closed deal from transferred leads.
* Paid weekly via Deel.
