Project Overview
The Service Delivery Lead plays a critical role in the operation and management of the Open Banking SaaS solution.
* This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, and providing subject matter expertise on Open Banking workflows to the support team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operation of the Open Banking SaaS solution ensuring smooth performance and high uptime.
* Collaborate with development and AWS experts to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.
* Participate in application support, resolve customer issues promptly, and maintain accurate records.
* Provide regular reporting and governance to stakeholders, including clients.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
* At least 7 years of experience in supporting production environments for financial institutions.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in AWS cloud environments.
* Proven knowledge of FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows.
* Leadership experience in managing support teams.
* Ability to design and implement SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
* Experience with ITIL processes, particularly change, release, and incident management.
* Previous experience interacting with senior management at financial institutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications
* Open Banking experience and understanding of its complexities.
* Proficiency in French language (B2 or above) is beneficial.
