Content marketing specialist - brand storyteller

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing and driving the force behind how we communicate, educate, and inspire our audience.

Your mission is to create content that connects and aligns with our brand, while also having the skills to amplify it through paid media when needed.


Main Responsibilities:

* Social Media Content Creation: Plan and create engaging social media content (image and video format, mostly LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube).
* Video Edition: Edit videos for our YouTube channel.
* Short-Form Video Edits: Oversee or execute short-form video edits.
* Content Writing: Write and repurpose blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.
* Content Performance Monitoring: Monitor content performance and make data-driven improvements.
* Paid Media Campaigns: Run paid media campaigns (Meta + Google Ads) to boost high-performing content.
* Content Calendar Coordination: Coordinate our content calendar across formats and channels.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (consultants, project managers, sales team) to extract insights and stories.

This demanding collaboration requires significant time availability, commitment, and focus. The scope and pace of this role require you to have enough available capacity to fully support our needs throughout the week.

We expect:

* Responsiveness during regular business hours.
* Consistency in delivery and follow-ups.
* Constant communication.
* A level of availability that allows for deep involvement and care in the execution.
* If you're overbooked or working on multiple projects, this won't be a good fit.

You'll work directly with our CMO to develop and execute content that drives engagement, leads, and brand authority – from social to blog to video to case studies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in content marketing (ideally B2B or tech/consulting).
* Strong writing skills in English (Portuguese is a bonus).
* Solid knowledge of social media best practices (LinkedIn + Instagram are key).
* Basic video editing (CapCut – we don't expect cinema here).
* Experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
* Curious about AI, excited to explore its business applications.
* Detail-oriented, accountable, communicative, curious, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple content types (even humorous ones).
