Executive Support Professional
We're seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to partner with our Customer Success Senior Manager at a growing digital marketing agency.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise and excels in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for building and optimizing bio pages for new financial advisor clients, coordinating with account managers, and ensuring seamless client setup.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Onboarding Excellence: Build and optimize bio pages for new financial advisor clients, coordinate with account managers, and ensure seamless client setup.
* Client Relationship Management: Facilitate & Manage all client offboarding communications with professionalism, execute drip message campaigns, and implement client-requested changes.
* Meeting Support & Documentation: Attend weekly client meetings, take detailed meeting notes, create actionable task lists, and maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes.
Requirements
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in digital marketing or financial services.
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
* Previous experience supporting customer success teams.
