The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for Application Packaging (RFP) who wants to learn and transform his career.In this role you will:Experience in creating the Documentation, Release Notes creation on allpackaging activities.Experience in Analyzing & Testing the package in the provided test environmentas per standard.Troubleshooting & managing the application related queries.Handling Package related incidents in Production environment.Good knowledge as Quality Analyst and helping team for resolving andtroubleshooting packaging issues.Knowledge on all package testing scenarios and issue solving skillsAbility to Multi-task and require outstanding customer focus with provenproblem-solving skills.Basic knowledge on Software Management, Software Distribution and SCCMdeployment.Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing.Developing and implementing new procedures or making recommendations forimprovement.Basic troubleshooting skills for Incident management and familiar with tools likeService Now, BMC Remedy, Service Manager in ticket handling within SLAMandatory Skills:Experience in Technical validation and Application consultation activities.Experience in wrapping, packaging with all sorts of customizations in VB Scripts,Powershell scripts including conversion from APPV to MSI, MSIX etc..Good Knowledge in Packaging tools like Flexera AdminStudio/AdvancedInstaller/Wise Package Studio/AppV Sequencer/MSIX Packaging Tool,PSADT Kit.Knowledge on scripting languages like PowerShell/VBScript/Batch script etc.Knowledge in Virtualization using Microsoft Application Virtualization.>
