💥 The RoleWe’re on the hunt for a pro Digital Designer (with Graphic Design and Motion Designcapabilities) who can assemble and create static image ads and light motion content that lookamazing and drive performance. You’ll be designing for top-tier clients across Meta and TikTok,blending artistry with marketing insight to deliver creative that truly connects.You’ll collaborate closely with our post production, creative, and growth teams to craft assetsthat speak each brand’s language — and perform powerfully in the feed.
🎯 What You’ll Do● Assemble and design high-performing static ads and light motion graphics (lightanimation and transitions, when necessary) from existing client brand assets, acrossmultiple aspect ratios (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, etc).● Develop visuals that reflect each brand’s unique voice and tone, while optimizing forperformance.● Collaborate with the Head of Brand Design, editors, and strategists to create adcampaigns that stand out and convert.● Adapt and version designs for different platforms and audiences, working from proventemplates, and innovating new formats.● Maintain high creative standards while moving fast and meeting deadlines.● Contribute to team brainstorms, testing new creative ideas and ad formats.● Occasionally support short-form video editing or light animation projects.● Assisting the Sr. Art Director and Head of Brand in building and updating client brandkits and generating client Ad Suites.● Assisting the Head of Brand and Sr. Art Director in rolling out new graphic elementsfor deployment (CTAs, end cards, etc).● Building call to action end cards for use in the post production pipeline.
🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications🎨 Creative & Design Expertise● 3+ years professional experience in digital design with graphic design and motiondesign capabilities, ideally in performance or brand marketing.● Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color, typography, and layoutfor digital ads.● Knowledgeable in the core elements of design and best practices: composition,typography, visual hierarchy, leading, kerning, balance, etc.● Ability to create scroll-stopping static ads and light motion graphics tailored for Metaand TikTok.● Experience designing across multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 4:5, 16:9) and adaptingcreative for different platforms.● Proven ability to balance creativity with performance — you design for both impactand conversion.
️ ️Tools & Technical Skills● Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:○ Photoshop (ad creation, compositing, retouching)○ After Effects (light motion graphics and animation)● Working knowledge of Figma for collaboration and rapid iteration.● (Bonus) Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).● (Bonus) Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or Monday.Com, andcommunication tools like Slack and Frame.Io.● Knowledgeable in google docs, slides, sheets, etc.
💡 Marketing Awareness● Understanding of social ad best practices, especially for Meta (Facebook, Instagram)and TikTok.● Experience interpreting creative briefs, brand guidelines, and performance feedbackto refine designs.● Awareness of brand tone, cultural nuance, and sensitivity in visual communication.️ Communication & Collaboration● Excellent English communication skills — written, spoken, and visual.● Strong ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams (strategy, post).● Comfortable taking direction and feedback while contributing creative ideasproactively.
