Agile Practices Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Practices Specialist to join our Product and Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
Requirements:
* Expertise in Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role.
* Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with remote teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Agile project management tools and technologies.
