As a student, you are an essential part of our international Sales Team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and motivated to support business development activities in the public sector.
As a working student, you will be part of a diverse and collaborative team spread across multiple locations, working closely with experienced professionals to identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities in different areas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Scouting and assessing opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in various countries
* Supporting the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation
* Creating and tailoring project references and CVs to meet tender requirements
* Collaborating with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices
The ideal candidate should have:
* Fluent Portuguese language skills, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
* Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, mainly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Reliability, attention to detail, and proactivity, with the ability to take ownership and learn quickly
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects
