IT Helpdesk Support
Macher Tecnologia is looking for an IT Support professional to be assigned to one of our global customers, providing helpdesk support to the company's employees.
Important:
* Fluent english is mandatory.
* Candidate must live in Rio de Janeiro, Capital.
* Previous experience with M365, O365 and its child products (Intune, Defender, Sharepoint, etc) is mandatory.
* The professional will be required to come to the designated office up to two times per month.
* This is a Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, position.
Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve problems on Windows and macOS systems
* Manage users and permissions in Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune)
* Install, configure, and maintain workstations and applications
* Work with IT ticketing systems to track and resolve issues
* Communicate with users via Slack and other support channels
Requirements:
* Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange)
* Experience working with both Windows and macOS
* Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
* Experience working with Slack and IT ticketing systems
* Ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively
Nice to Have:
* Experience with ManageEngine or similar tools
* Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)
* Basic knowledge of automation tools and processes
