The successful candidate will oversee and manage cross-functional teams, comprising Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
This position involves developing, maintaining, and executing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
* Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment through mentorship and guidance to team members.
* Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Fluent English language proficiency.
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* A minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile (Scrum) environment, with a strong focus on application/software development.
