Experience working with laboratory instrumentation connectivity and data.Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support for Enterprise and Lab/Benchtop computerized systems in QC labs. Serve as the first point of contact for user incident tickets and ensure effective communication with business stakeholders. Lead or participate in the incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of resolutions. Manage system access provisioning and de-provisioning. Author and execute Periodic Reviews; review those completed by other SMEs. Collaborate with IT, QA, and Validation teams to support system validation, upgrades, and break/fix activities. Support evaluation and implementation of product enhancements based on system usage data and ticket trends. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory expectations across all activities.
