About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced engineer to join our remote team. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling our lending platform using cutting-edge technologies like TypeScript, Next.js, and MongoDB.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of high-quality web applications using modern technologies
* Drive architectural decisions and shape technical direction
* Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ship meaningful features fast
* Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar on code quality
* Build integrations with cloud infrastructure, credit, income, and valuation vendors
* Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the stack
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* 5+ years of experience building and scaling web applications
* Expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React
* Strong experience with MongoDB, Redis, Docker
* Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers
* Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote environment
* Bonus points for experience with Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, and fintech/lending background
