The role of an Account Executive is a vital one at our organization.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic PR plans tailored to each client, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, and building new client relationships through effective communication and outreach.
Account Executives are also responsible for conducting media research, creating targeted media lists, securing media opportunities, and following up with media contacts to confirm placements and coverage timelines.
A key aspect of this role is monitoring news trends and identifying timely angles for client exposure, providing daily updates and maintaining consistent communication with clients. Additionally, Account Executives must maintain accurate and updated documentation of all PR activities and client deliverables.
Requirements
* 40 hours plus per week to meet client needs
* Proven experience or education in public relations or a related communications field
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
