We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience editing for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands and be proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, as well as After Effects.
The Video Editor will be responsible for creating high-volume, high-converting video ads that drive sales across various platforms, including Meta and YouTube. They will work closely with our Creative Strategist to test new concepts weekly and pivot based on real-time campaign data.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a strong understanding of direct response mechanics, including crafting hooks, deploying engagement disruptors, and optimizing pacing for platform algorithms. They must also be proficient in post-production techniques such as color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions.
The ideal candidate will have a portfolio demonstrating their ability to produce high-quality, engaging video ads that drive conversions. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to think critically and recommend new approaches, ad formats, and tools.

Requirements:
* 2+ years editing experience for DTC/eCommerce brands
* Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects
* Deep understanding of Meta/YouTube Shorts specs and algorithm-friendly editing patterns
* Native fluency with UGC aesthetics vs. polished brand content
* Proven ability to produce 8-12 ads per week without compromising quality
Bonus points for experience editing short-form VSLs, motion design skills, and familiarity with AI editing tools.
