Join us where innovation is a core value.Role OverviewAs a Backend Developer at Deliverect, you will contribute to transforming the food service industry by designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that streamline restaurant operations and manage multi-channel orders. Your work will ensure our platform remains scalable, reliable, and capable of handling high data volumes and concurrency.Typical ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services related to order management, integrations, and data processing.Implement testing strategies to ensure quality and stability.Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements.Collaborate with front-end and API developers for seamless integration.Develop and document RESTful APIs for platform communication.Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and improve processes.Contribute ideas for architecture, coding practices, and processes.Engage in Agile practices like stand-ups and sprint planning.Optimize backend code for performance and scalability.Follow secure coding practices to protect sensitive data.RequirementsUpper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.Proficiency in Python and working with APIs/web services.Strong understanding of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.Experience designing RESTful APIs and using frameworks like Django or Flask.Experience with Git, software design principles, and testing.Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and data warehousing.Benefits20 fully paid business days of vacation.15 fully paid sick leaves.11+ fully paid public holidays.Health insurance and sport club membership coverage.Remote work flexibility.
