About The Role
As a Controllership Analyst, you will be part of the Controllership area. As part of the team, you will:
Actively participate in accounting closing, mainly analyzing cash, cash equivalent, intercompany transactions, deposits and guarantees, fixed assets, financial results and other balance sheet areas;
Explain variations of the results and changes that occurred in the period;
Identify processes for improvement and propose corrective action;
Ensure SOX compliance in accordance with established internal flows;
Support the team during the auditing processes;
Communicate with different internal areas aiming to optimize our processes.
Who You Are
You must have advanced English level - Spanish is a differential;
You graduated in accounting, business administration, economics, production engineering, or related areas;
You must be experienced at least 4-5 years in finance (including internship time);
You must have initiative and proactivity, organization, good problem‑solving ability, a teamwork spirit, and an interest in learning new tools;
You might have accounting standards knowledge;
