Position responsibilities include:
Maintaining general building/campus security and a safe work environment;
Supporting light housekeeping to ensure an aesthetically pleasing environment;
Providing quality customer service and effective communication with residents, families, guests, vendors, employees, and the public;
Assisting all departments as needed;
Responding promptly to fire alarms and resident calls via telephone and/or paging system;
Maintaining composure during emergencies and emotional situations.

There may be times when, due to increased or decreased work volume, emergencies, or severe weather conditions, you will be required to accept and perform tasks outside of your regular duties or cross-trained assignments.

Requirements include:
A valid/current PA driver’s license in good standing;
Knowledge of/familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office;
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed;
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
