This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Coordinator to support the smooth execution of client work. The primary objective is to manage internal communication and task coordination, working closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot delays, resource gaps, or unclear inputs to keep projects moving forward. Additionally, they will be skilled at building and improving internal workflows to help the team work more efficiently and deliver consistently.
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager and requires a strong background in marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will also be comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and shared docs to track and communicate work.

* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
