Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain key retail account (KA) channels within the Brazilian market. - Create and implement channel sales strategies and product positioning plans, leveraging both internal and external resources to drive retail partnerships. - Analyze market trends and collaborate with the product team to introduce offerings that meet local channel needs. - Utilize internal marketing assets to improve in-store product visibility and drive retail performance. - Manage the full lifecycle of retail channel development: from product selection and pricing to promotion, forecasting, and execution. - Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet sales and retail expansion goals. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - Fluentin Portugueseand English. - Capable of working across cultures and time zones. - Proven track record in overseas sales, preferably in consumer electronics, 3C digital,or IT sectors. - Minimum 5 yearsof experience in Brazilian channel sales and 3 yearsin retail channel development and maintenance.: - Familiar with export trade processes and documentation requirements.
