We're Hiring: Financial Manager & Latam Controller
Location: Bragança Paulista – SP, Brazil
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

East-West Seed Brazil is seeking a Financial Manager & Latam Controller to lead financial operations, strengthen business partnership, and support strategic decision-making across Brazil and LATAM.
East West Seed is a globally renowned leader in the vegetable seed industry, dedicated to improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers through high-quality seeds and innovative agricultural solutions. With a rich legacy of over four decades, we have consistently driven agricultural transformation across the globe, empowering farmers to enhance their productivity and profitability.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with strong exposure to regional strategy, governance, and performance management in a multicultural, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead monthly financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in line with group standards
* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
* Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance
* Act as a strategic business partner to leadership, supporting growth and decision-making
* Lead and develop a small finance and controlling team
* Identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives

* High-quality financial governance and decision support
Minimum Requirements
* CPA qualification or MBA in Finance
* Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance or Finance Business Partner roles
* Advanced English (mandatory)
* Spanish is a strong plus
* Advanced skills in spreadsheets and presentation tool
