Job Description
As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing high-level escalation support to customers experiencing critical issues that impact their business relationships and sales opportunities. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across departments and geographies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Fully fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish both written and verbal
* 10+ years of customer-facing sales and/or service delivery roles
* Past experience in Escalations Engineer/Manager or similar roles desired
* Strong capacity for influencing, negotiating, and delegating efforts
* Ability to multitask and prioritize with a goal of driving issues to closure on behalf of the customer
This position requires expertise in networking/security products, including LAN/WAN technologies. Strong analytical skills are necessary for identifying systemic issues related to products or processes. The ability to communicate complex topics clearly is essential for this role.
