Profissional com sólida experiência em Salesforce, atuando em projetos complexos de Service Cloud, integrações com MuleSoft e Industries (Energy & Utilities). Responsável pela análise, design, implementação e suporte de soluções escaláveis, seguindo as melhores práticas da plataforma e metodologias ágeis.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Service Cloud (Case, SLA e Omnichannel).
Conhecimentos de Industries Cloud (preferência Energy & Utilities);
Experiência obrigatória como consultor de integração com Mulesoft (+ 2 anos)
Conhecimentos básicos de Omniscript, Data Raptor, Integration Procedure;
Conhecimento de configurações de Salesforce (Perfil, Papel, Flow, Processo de aprovação, Escalonamento, Layouts);
Conhecimento de integrações a nível funcional;
Análise de Requisitos com/sem integração;
Design de Software;
Práticas de Desenvolvimento Ágil;
Documentação de Software;
Ciclo de vida de Software;
Inglês intermediário
Certificação: Sales Cloud ou Service Cloud
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Certificação: Business Analyst e Omnistudio Consultant.
