Role overview We’re seeking a Product Design Lead to develop and elevate the experience of our platform and services. You will lead the product design team, collaborate closely with product management, engineering and research, and champion user-centered design across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who brings together continuous improvement in the design craft, process and tools with hands-on design with the squads and enjoys supporting the development of others while shipping impactful product experiences. Key responsibilities Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and deliver high-quality experiments and features. Design end-to-end user experiences, from prototypes to high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications. Conduct and partner on user research, usability testing and data-informed evaluation to validate designs and identify user-centered opportunities. Lead and support designers, providing feedback, skill development and fostering a culture of craft, collaboration and continuous learning. Drive the team on continuously finding best practices, tools, processes and design craft advancements, specially with AI. Facilitate the evolution of our design system, component libraries and interaction patterns to ensure consistency and scalability on Web and Mobile. Essential skills / knowledge & experience Significant track record leading designers and product design of mobile and web applications Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered, end-to-end product design and clear impact on user outcomes. Fluency in common design tools (e.G., Figma) and experience building/maintaining design systems. Practical experience of user research methods, usability testing and translating insights into design decisions. Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders, influence different teams, and make decisions. Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Comfortable working in an iterative, data-informed environment with frequent releases. Advanced to fluent English proficiency. What we value Collaboration, curiosity and continuous learning.
