Where You'll Make a Difference
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers regarding commercial administration, order handling, projects, sampling, and business queries.
* Manage order handling processes for global and regional accounts across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil.
* Coordinate communication between customers and IFF departments, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
* Maintain accurate data in IFF and SAP systems, including pricing, customer master data, and product submissions.
* Handle sample requests and price quotes through IFF systems, ensuring timely delivery and documentation.
* Support the Commercial Manager with SAP business reports related to sales and order intake.
* Provide monthly updates on the execution of strategic account plans.
* Participate in commercial discussions and project debriefs as needed.
* Ensure accurate and timely data uploads aligned with IFF standards.

* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power BI).
* Technical knowledge in operations, finance, planning, and products is an advantage.
* Experience in the chemical industry is highly desirable.
