Position Overview:B2B BD, Benefits plan,Telecommunications, e-commerce, and healthcare sectors.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential partners, including telecom companies, e-commerce platforms, healthcare institutions, and other relevant service providers.Structure win-win commercial models (revenue sharing/co-marketing/data monetization) and Structure BD playbook including partnership tiers, incentive structures, exclusivity clauses, etc..Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.Analyze partnership strategies of local players and Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape.Analyze and report on business development efforts, providing insights into partnership strategies and outcomes.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of partner services into the Cartão de Kwai platform, collaborate with marketing on joint campaignsNegotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.Qualifications:Proven experience in business development, particularly in the B2B market.Strong understanding of the telecommunications, e-commerce, and healthcare sectors.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.Native-level Portuguese + advanced English
