Sales Pipeline Growth Specialist
About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Pipeline Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for multiple SaaS accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns based on HubSpot data to drive sales pipeline growth.
* Launch and iterate experiments weekly to improve ad copy, offers, and landing pages.
* Analyze lead-to-SQL-to-revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Present insights to stakeholders to inform campaign decisions and optimize results.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads for B2B SaaS (with a track record of generating SQLs).
* Fluency in HubSpot (or similar) and Google Tag Manager.
* Ability to juggle multiple accounts independently and proactively.
* Copywriting skills to craft compelling search ads that resonate with target audiences.
