Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage defect tickets for new and existing functionality, ensuring efficient issue resolution;
* Assist in release planning and execution activities, providing technical guidance where needed;
* Exercise independent judgment to define complex problems and develop innovative solutions;
* Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for feature prioritization, supporting informed decision-making;
