Location: Remote About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Procure to Pay and Record to Report Tax Specialist to join our client's team in the technology sector. In this role, you will contribute to analyzing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting SAP solutions, ensuring accurate localization for Brazilian and Mexican legal requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align local tax and statutory requirements with global standard processes. Responsibilities Analyze, configure, test, deploy, and support SAP ECC and S/4 HANA solutions focused on PTP and RTR, especially as they relate to Procurement, Finance, and Tax processes for Brazil and Mexico. Make recommendations for improving business processes and technology enablement, particularly around local tax compliance and statutory reporting. Ensure accurate localization of SAP solutions to comply with Brazilian and Mexican legal and fiscal requirements. Develop standard business process design, configure, test, deploy and support SAP ECC and S/4 HANA solutions. Effectively communicate and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Tax, IT Business Partners, and Senior Leadership. Resolve integration points between RTR, Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), and Treasury processes. Support daily operations for SAP Procurement, Finance, and Tax processes, including issue resolution, user support, and change management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align local tax and statutory requirements with global standard processes. Utilize technical and functional expertise to support Procurement, Finance, and Tax initiatives. Participate in or lead projects implementing or upgrading tax localization and compliance solutions. Requirements Deep knowledge of procurement and financial operations, tax calculation, and compliance reporting within the Brazilian and Mexican legislative environments. Experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills with various business stakeholders. Ability to make decisions applicable to the level of influence in the organization. Senior-level experience in a similar role. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Experience with tax calculation engines, e-invoicing, and withholding tax management. Familiarity with Nota Fiscal, CFDI, SPED, and related regulatory reporting.
