### Job Responsibilities:
* Own Teachable's Monthly Labour process, including updating actuals and forecasts;
* Support the buildup of labour-related Balance Sheet accounts and Cash Flow statements and own the monthly updates and analyses.
### Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business, Economics or Finance;
* 3+ years of experience in FP&A Business Operations or HR Finance Business Partner role;
